If your computer is acting up then there are a few things that you can do to help speed it up and get rid of the excess files and folders that have built up over time.  This happens particularly often in the Windows registry, where files tend to get created and left.  This causes the registry to get too large, and it can then bog down your computer.

I definitely recommend checking out a program called RegCure.  There’s a great registry clean up that I read recently that talks about how the program is very easy to use for anyone, and they’re quite right.  I personally use RegCure on my own computer and find it to be very effective and efficient at cleaning up all the obsolete and invalid files and folders that tend to collect in there.
