I was just driving around one of the towns, when I decided to stop for a toilet break. It so happens that there is an antique shop around, I went in to look around and was surprise when I saw a very old martin fly fishing reel selling for $1000.00.I was told that this is a piece of original fly fishing reel that was manufactured in 1900. What was more shocking is the thought that I might have one such piece of equipment that was given by my grandfather many years ago. It might still be in my storeroom somewhere…
