You may find that doing golf exercises is quite boring and you would much rather just play the game rather than bother with stretching and toning. Playing will of course help you to improve but the exercises are something you can do in between games to further improve your playing skills and help to protect you against injury while you are playing. If you want to make them more exciting try doing them to some music, doing them in front of the television or buy a video which could make it more fun. Make sure that you make room for them in your daily routine – once you are doing them regularly you will find that they become a habit and not so boring.
