Our company has our overseas counterparts come and visit us on a very regular basis so I have been put in charge of sorting out some deals for accommodation and transportation. I have been in touch with car hire companies to see if they will do a deal with us as we will be requiring a few vehicles quite often. I also have been in contact with one of the local hotels to try and strike a deal with them seeing as we will require a few rooms for a week at a time on a regular basis. So far it’s all going well and I have established some good relationships with other companies.
