I think their go green environments energy program took a hit in 2010. The Dems had thought that they would hava carbon tax in place by now. The green energy would then be cost effective and the donors would reap huge benfits and the dems would win huge at the polls. After the 08 elections, they thought they had it sewn up for decades. They did believe in America. They thought nothing could hurt the economy for long and they would ride the wave and claim thier policies responsible. It turns out socialist ideas can kill the strongest economies faster than anyone thought. Now there ideas dont work, but they have created a looney left of greenies who still believe Gore and they have to be treated with respect right now.
