My husband is the manager at one of our areas leading restaurants.  He is in charge of making many different decisions.  He purchased a new warewashing machine and he got a really good deal.  He is also in charge of doing all of the hiring and firing at the restaurant.  He was forced to fire someone yesterday and it was really hard on him.  He is a sweet guy and things like this are very difficult for him to do.  He gave this person every chance, but they continued to not show up for work.  I know that he did the right thing.
