Peter has a large maintenance crew that he oversees. Peter does all the hiring of the technicians. Peter reviews all their skills and determines which technician needs additional maintenance training. He likes his technicians to keep up with all the new technologies so that they are always ready for any problems that they will encounter. Whenever new machines are purchased, all of the technicians are required to be trained in the maintenance of each and every machine. Peter is proud of his crew because he knows that they can always troubleshoot and fix any machine problems. It saves the company a lot of money when they can fix problems and not have to send it out for repair.
