As a little child, I had always dreamed of traveling on the railways. My grandfather had a train set from Hornby Railways. It was beautiful and bright, all the pieces were shiny. I would sit at my grandparents house – daydreaming that I was in that model train traveling throughout Europe and beyond. I had the best accommodations, room-service, and such. I was traveling with all the world travelers and first-class too! It is amazing what a child can daydream about when just looking at an inanimate object. As I grew older I still think about those days on the train.
