The best places to learn how to read guitar tabs
March 31, 2008 4:11 am MiscellaneousIf it was up to me, which it isn’t, I wouldn’t send brand new aspiring guitar players just anywhere when they’re starting out. The first place I’d send them is to a qualified teacher. Believe me, they’re worth their weight in gold. But the second place I’d send them is to a site that teaches how to read guitar tabs. Let’s face it, learning any instrument can be a lot of drudgery. But by learning tablature, at least you can sneak in a few simple meoldies during all those boring drills you’ll be doing.
