My daughter and I were out in the back yard yesterday, and for some reason she decided that we ought to pretend to be penguins. Usually, it seems to be dinosaurs or puppies lately, but for some reason it was penguins this time. I wish I’d gotten some pictures or movies, because she was really funny.

Later on I was setting up a new site for work (had a GoDaddy Coupon burning a hole in my pocket) and she said “penguins can’t type.” I responded that birds only hunt and peck. It took a few seconds, but it really cracked her up, much to my wife’s chagrin.

I suspect that she’ll have the curse of the bad pun sense throughout her life. If not, it won’t be my fault!
