I am thinking that I would love to start a catering business, so I will need to redo my kitchen in order to get it up to the proper standards for a commercial kitchen. One thing I definitely need is a commercial cooler. There are so many different types of commercial coolers though, I just don’t know which type I should choose. Does anyone have a recommendation for a commercial cooler that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg? It doesn’t need to be huge, in fact it is better if it is not too huge since I need to conserve space a bit.
