Many people are stressing on the healthy aspect of cooking rather than the taste. It is not that healthy cooking is not tasty. When you begin cooking, check the recipe for any unhealthy ingredient. It can easily be replaced with healthier options and yet retain the taste. Like fat free milk in place of whole milk or egg whites in place of eggs. It is equally important to cook the food in a healthier technique. Frying can be replaced with steaming or baking. They all have a unique taste of their own. The change might be marginal but health should always be a priority.
