From the very beginning, I always thought that modern furniture and I -well we just don’t mix. I’ve always had my Grandma’s dining hutch, and Mother’s end table, her old silverware, and let’s face it, all the old collectibles from the olden days. I’ve finally “come into my own” so to speak when it comes to decorating, and knowing what kinds of things that I like, and dislike. Right now - I hate the decor in my home. I have more things to dust than I care to dust, and everything although tidy, looks extremely cluttered. I’ve decided finally to embrace the more modern look, and to simplify my home so that I enjoy being present in it.
