We are going to be selling our house, and I want to make it more attractive to buyers. Right now the upstairs carpet is really getting dingy, so we need to replace it. I was thinking of putting in laminate flooring instead of carpet, as I know that a lot of other people are like me and prefer not to have carpet. We can’t afford to put in hardwood floors upstairs, but I think the laminate will look nice, and it is not very expensive, especially since we could install it ourselves. We also should finishe the rest of the basement off.
