Spain is a beautiful country, and also a very popular tourist destination. There is a wonderful climate, and a low cost of living. All of these things make me interested in Spanish property investments. To make things even more appealing, there are no limits on foreigners owning property, so I am considering buying a property or two in different areas of Spain to use for vacationing and investment purposes. I am looking for an overseas property investment agent to help guide me through the whole process, from finding appropriate property, though it’s purchase and rental to appropriate parties when I am not using it myself.
