We live in a small neighborhood that is a series of cul-de-sac’s off of a main street.  Our neighborhood is involved in a community watch program. One of the ideas that we had on making our neighborhood safer is to purchase cluster mailboxes for our cul-de-sac. We have had many isues with vandalism.

We are thinking that if we get rid of the individual mailboxes, which aren’t evenly placed and some are leaning, and put up several cluster boxes or multi-unit boxes, it would open up the view of our cul-de-sac and the vandals would be less apt to venture in. The appearance would be orderly, fresh, and inviting to the area residents, encouraging them to take walks through the neighborhood.  It really is amazing what a new mailbox can do for your home and/or neighborhood.
