My sister was recently laid off of her job, due to the slow economy. She decided to look at this as an opportunity to do something she has always wanted to do, which was starting a commercial cleaning business. To make purchasing her supplies easier, she opened an online merchant account with the store she normally goes to. My sister has said this is the best decision she has ever made in her entire life. She is making more money than she ever did on her prior job. For her, losing her job was actually a wonderful blessing in disguise.
