There is an artist in our community named Penelope. She calls herself a lost and found artist, and she is truly an expert on recycling junk into beauty. She can work with anything such as old tires, dishes, building materials, clothing, car parts, toiletry bottles, even kids toys! I think everyone on my street has a piece of Penelope’s garden art in their backyard. She will even take special requests, and if a client has a cherished memento they would like made into art Penelope can do the job. We all love her, and she is definitely one of our community’s best kept secrets!
