People that tried it were really happy with how fast they were able to get in shape. The program is a 45 minute program that does need to be followed exactly to achieve the results offered. They did warn that others might try and copy the same program, and pass it off as their own, but this is the true one everyone should try. If you like to work out, but are not seeing the results you want give this program a shot.
