Symptoms of Vitamins deficiencies

Vitamin A deficiencies include; Night blindness and some other eye defects, Vitamin B1{Thiamine} deficiencies include; weakened concentration powers, loss of appetite, shaky toes and fingers, and exhaustion. Deficiencies in Vitamin B2 include; itching of some body parts including eyes ,lips, and skin, while there is also itchy effects on the mucus membranes. Vitamins deficiencies noticed in the absence of vitamin B6 include; skin inflammation and dizziness. Vitamin C deficiencies include; untimely healing of wounds, tiredness and bleeding gums, the deficiencies of Vitamin D include; rickety bones development in children, and formations of unhealthy teeth.
