It is my opinion that HGH reviews are all if not most of them are phony. Whenever I come across a review followed by a sales letter to purchase a particular product, I find myself skeptical at best. It is difficult to trust the governing bodies when it comes to natural supplements because not too long ago they did not endorse or encourage mineral and vitamin purchases but as soon as pharmaceutical companies started manufacturing these same vitamin and minerals, the governing body for drugs started saying how safe and useful these supplements are. Look for sites and books that do not promote any product in order to get a real answer.
