I was wondering if anybody had more info about a detox diet sample diets? The buzz word within diet circles is “detox” and I want to get as much information as I can about this new discovery. Before now I understood detox as being for alcoholics and drug addicts. If you have heard about this diet or have more information about detox and the benefits it may have on our diets, please let me know. I am anxious to learn more about how my family and I can make healthier choices, have more energy and hopefully live a happier longer life!
