Are You Too Skinny?
August 28, 2008 4:21 am HealthI know it can be frustrating to be skinny -no matter how much you eat. Everybody is talking about losing weight - while what you reall want is gain weight. It is our metabolism that determines how well be process food. There is not much you can do to change the way that your body works but what you can control is what you eat.Gaining weight for skinny guys in most cases means gaining muscle mass. So basically weight training is muscle training with some exceptions. What you have to be careful with is training all the different in your body equally otherwise your body will look strange
