Are Internet diets just a scam?
May 26, 2008 10:19 am HealthWhen you think diet, you might think of going to a weekly meeting to weigh in, buying special foods to lose weight and the such. There have been a lot of diets pop up all over the Internet but do they work as well as the offline diets? Are they just a scam? That’s what I thought at first, but I have to tell you I was wrong. After reading a fat loss 4 idiots review, which is an online diet program, I decided to give it a try. The price was right, and I didn’t have to pay any recurring fees or buy any special foods. The program was straight forward, it told me what and when to eat, and I could get all the foods I needed with my regular grocery order. You know what, the program worked. I lost weight continuously for the two months I followed the plan. So to those who think that Internet diets are a scam, don’t judge the book by the cover you might be surprised what’s inside.
