This is the easiest method to do twice a week and to help keep the dust mites from laying eggs in your mattresses or couches. You can easily spray your curtains and bed linens with a dust mite spray rather than trying to wash everything or steam clean it all. This is a long process you could do once a month if you wanted too or easily use a spray. By doing that you will cut down on the amount of dust mites.

If you have allergies then you really need to purchase some anti dust mite spray. Sometimes your allergies can worsen if you are lying on a carpet or even lying in your own bed with dust mite feces or eggs. This spray will defiantly help reduce the dust mites in your sofas and curtains as well. A lot of different products are offered with an anti dust mite protection in them you will just have to do your research. I use a few different glade products and they seem to be cutting down on the allergens just fine for my couches and linens
