When it comes to chest training alot of trainers will tell you that the first exercise that they will do when it is chest day is going right to a bench and doing flat bench presses. Well this is a great way to kick off any chest workout but I find that if you start your chest day with incline dumbell presses. This exercise seems to stimulate more of the chest muscles. It akso will target your upper chest, which is the largest portion of muscle on your chest. Anyone who is ivolved in weight training will tell you that.
