it is good to have soreness
September 2, 2010 1:58 pm Health and Fitnessi am doing a deadlift workout today.for a couple of days after i am done with this workout io can really feel the muscle soreness that it brings on. i love to move around during the day feeling this soreness. it is good to know that it is working. i did a bench press workout 2 days ago and i am making sure that i get enough rest between workouts. i might do them againn to day i feel up to it. i am not trying to over do it though, this will lead to ovwer training and i have done that before. i love training with weights for strength.
