I know that a lot of us do not like belly fat at all. We could be in pretty good shape but have a little too much flab on our bellies for us. We look in the mirror and get depressed. There are a lot of things advertised on television that are supposed to help wonders with your abs. What I have found that works pretty good for quick weight loss on your abs is doing crunches. You can do them without any equipment too. You could also use one of those ab rollers if they are a little too difficult without support. Do a set of 10 in the morning and one at night before bed.
