I am the office manager for a group of doctors and I am always looking for ways to make the waiting room a more pleasant environment. We have comfortable chairs and a wide selection of magazines. We just got a toy box with toys for all ages of children. My favorite part of the waiting room is the water coolers. Patients are able to have a drink of water while they are waiting.
