My kitchen is very tiny as we live in a one room flat. I need a new highchair for our baby, but I want one that can be put away when not in use. I look back now on the toddler years of my first child and realize my husband and I made a big mistake. We paid too much attention to bad behavior. When our daughter would misbehave or become sulky or uncooperative, we were right on top of her. We’d try to talk to her about her feelings, we’d give her “reflection time”, we’d explain why what she was doing was wrong. In short, we’d employ all the parenting tips we’d ever heard from anybody. While having our afternoon coffee break in the newly opened coffee shop near the building where we work, my friend Rosalie was amaze with how products are being prepared that she automatically feel in love with the Delonghi COffee maker used by the baristas to prepare our coffee. Exactly one week from today, my best friend will be celebrating her twenty second birthday. I am really very excited for her because it will be the first time again after more than five years that she’ll celebrate it with her family in complete attendance. Her dad will be coming home from abroad two days before her birthday and her uncles and aunties from another state will be attending her birthday too. And I am still not sure what to give her yet.  I am actually making a list for possible Birthday GIFTS for her. I am thinking of a dolce and gabanna perfume that she like, a Mickey Mouse watch or a Miley Cyrus cd, which is her favorite. I truly want to give only the best for my best friend.

I knew that this client was going to be trouble from the first time I met her. She tried to make me cut my price and then she gave me a time frame that it must be completed by. My husband and I are going to add a small room onto our house that will be used as a laundry room.  Right now we have the washer and dryer in a closet off the kitchen.  It’s a real pain to do laundry because there’s not room to fold the clothes.  My brother is going to help with the framing and then the two of use will do the rest.  We are going to use drywall greenboard over the insulation for several reasons.  It will hold up much better in the humid environment and in the event of a water leak it won’t rot as quickly.  I can’t wait to get started!
