The first thing Larry did after hearing this program was to quit bowling and playing darts.  He then signed up for a ballroom dancing class and registered for an adult education class about astronomy.  Since neither of these classes had anything to do with drinking, his weekly alcohol consumption dropped way down to one or two drinks during the entire week.  After a few months of this routine, he started to feel more energy and felt better physically and mentally than he had in many years.  In a word, Larry figured out a way to practice alcohol abuse prevention in his life.
