In our business we generate an awful lot of numbers, and many times it seems like people present reports that are just lists of numbers, which makes it hard for other people to understand what exactly is happening. We have just learned about Crystal Reports and report writing services, and think this would be a good solution. We will start by working with the report writing service to get our reports written in a format that is more readable and visually displays what the numbers mean. While we are working with the report writing service, we will also have someone come in to train the staff to use the software themselves.
