A company’s database is usually one of the most important aspects of business.  Companies take all precautions to ensure that all information within their database is accurate and up to date.  Consumer information is usually stored in this database and there is a need for consumer addresses to be verified accurate to reduce the incidence of returned mail and other communications because of incorrect address.  And one way of making this possible is address verification.
