September 30, 2008 8:17 am BusinessNormally the pages or newsletters contain a large volume of images or text that makes it difficult to users locate the links and able to access a purchase action.Most of experts in usability recommend using links in plain text format, blue and underlined, it makes easier to users their identification and allows a greater number of conversions. If we want to sell, we should do it easy to user, avoiding the use of buttons, banners or other resources difficult to understand.
So, my advice is to use newsletter with plain text where the link is well differentiated in the message.
