I really love to cook, and was thinking of opening my own business so I could work from home and set my own hours. I was hoping to set up a food catering services business, but I’m not quite sure what I need to do in order to get started. I know there are a lot of regulations when you deal with food, so I need to figure out what to do in order to get my kitchen up to spec, and in line with all the health codes. I also need to figure out the whole business side of things.
