As secretary in an ad agency, I would be asked to have printed project proposals for prospective clients.  I would also be tasked to prepare company reports and the likes.  As I have to make many copies of each document, I rely on digital printing.

Digital printing is the best option especially when your documents need to be in full color.  The quality of documents that uses digital printing technology is very good.  And considering the quality of the final product, I would say that digital printing is indeed affordable.

Digital printing is also very convenient.  My work load had lessened when our company decided to use digital printing for the company’s important documents.  Now, I don’t feel that stressed anymore.  I have more time for other things that matter.
