We want to buy a new house, since we are tired of renting apartments and would like a place of our own for once. We have finally both gotten jobs that we like, and so we think we will be able to stay in one place for a while. We want to find out more about home loan guidelines so that we can figure out if we will qualify for a home loan, and about how much we can get. We also want to find out about the conditions of the loan, so that we are prepared if anything happens. Is there some kind of payment insurance we could get in case something were to happen to us so we wouldn’t lose the house?
