I was so sure that I knew what I was doing it was a bit scary. I had just opened my own insurance office and I had a large printing order to place for my letterhead paper and envelopes, business cards, things like that. I sat down at the computer and worked very hard to put my order in with no mistakes. Got it all done and then realized I forgot to use the VistaPrint code for an additional discount. Well, that is what they invented customer service reps for…to help forgetful people like me fix the forgotten discounts and other errors.
