The church is situated to the south of the monastery. Its exterior design is a combination of the Tuscan, Corinthian and mixed styles. Finish inside is made in Doric style. Size of buildings – 55h10 m. The facade is decorated with a sculpture of St.. Monica and the symbol of the Holy Spirit. The main altar also contains an image of St. Monica, mother of St Augustine, who dedicated the monastery and church to celebrate Festivals in Goa. The monastery has ceased to exist after the death of the latter’s sister in 1885 in 1968 again received the status of religious institutions. Now here is the Theological Center for the monks.
