I pick stocks and fund companies by the heads of the companies. I will not invest in a company that does not have sound leaders. I like to think that I use that same advice when I buy other things as well. Recently I was looking for some updated recruiter training dvds for my staff and I wanted to buy from a company with solid people working for them. Seriously, how was I suppose to buy from a recruiting company if they did not have the top notch staff for themselves? I am glad that the company with the best dvds also had a very reputable staff to go with it. It proved my buying theory once again.
