For every customer that comes through the doors I make sure that I have their opinion on how things are run with our company. I know that it’s vital to our success that we do the best job that we can possibly do. This past month I contacted a merchant account service so I could start accepting credit card transactions. I was a little nervous, but everything since then has made me so happy. Almost every returning customer comments on how happy they are that we now accept this form of payment and that they now can easily order more product because of the flexibility it allows them.
