Setting out to start a new company is a daunting task and if it is positioned in a high cost of entry industry it is even more so. The printing industry is a good example of a high barrier to entry field because of the inordinately high costs of the prepress equipment and prepress printing supplies necessary to do everyday business. On top of this, it is already a highly competitive market with clear leaders and the large group of businesses on the low end fighting for any piece of the pie they can get. The key is to stay determined because no matter the industry of choice, it is going to be an uphill battle to get going.
