If you want to run a car with water, the guide I would recommend most is Water Car Pro, which I have heard some very good things about. There are other guides also, like water 4 gas (this is the most popular), run your car on water and drive water. Each of these has their merits, although none of them are particularly brilliant. Water 4 Gas delivers the most stuff and is well researched, but it is priced the highest and can be hard to understand. Water Car Pro is much cheaper and easier to follow, but contains less information. It’s up to you which one you want to get.
