I used to have this friend that was into bird watching. He would go bird watching with his best friend. At least they used to be best friends. This friend would always bring his guitar with them on their bird watching trips. He said that an acoustic guitar lesson was just what my other friend needed to calm his nerves. He claimed that they never saw any birds because he was always so nervous. Of course, that’s nonsense. Every ornithologist worth his salt knows that birds have an irrational fear of guitars, especially acoustic guitars. They just don’t appear naturally in the wild.
