Twenty-five years ago my Dad was transferred from New York to Boca Raton.  I was fifteen and that summer my Dad bought me a horse because he thought it would help me make new friends.  He also arranged for me to work with an instructor who specialized in horse training. He would actually be training both me and the animal.  On my first day I told my new instructor that I could not manage my little poodle, never mind a horse.  He was very good, though, and by the end of the summer I loved both my horse and riding.  I had even taught my dog a few tricks.

I have always thought that horses were incredibly majestic animals. Even at eighteen months old, my mom tells me that I used to beg her to stop when I saw one corralled off to the side of the road. Then, when I was in grade school, I spent hours next to the fence owned by a neighboring farmer, trying to coax his horse with a carrot. My husband and I are just over the moon about our new home. We have finally gotten a home that is not only beautiful and modern, but is a joy to us both and to everyone we have come visit us. This new and gorgeous place is in Sun City Hilton Head and we had the most helpful and professional new real estate office help us find it. They have great people skills and they fit us with our new home flawlessly. This place feels as if we custom designed it ourselves. This is the life, and we are living it to the max.
